2. Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS)
3. Generic Office Environment (GOE)
4. Electronic Procurement (EP)
5. Electronic Services (E-Services)
6. Electronic Labour Exchange (ELX)
7. E-Syariah
Hence, through the introducing of e-government application, citizen is allowed to adopt the e-government strategies in many ways. Government has to increase citizen’s confidence towards the government by enhancing several strategies on e-government.Firstly, citizen is able to access to government information more easy and convenient by using e-government. In addition, the government website is providing some guidance to citizens who need assistance for government information search or to make online transactions. By using the e-government, citizens can pay government bills, pay for fined, pay for loan or even find out more government new policies.

Secondly, citizens can enjoy the online services for free which provided by the government. Thus, government personnel will need to capture the knowledge and practices gained from the citizens. This will ensure that the government has the capacity to maintain the online service delivery processes, and in the long run continue to get on improvement initiatives. In addition, public confidence in online service delivery will be a key factor in the success of e-government. Hence, data security and protection of individual privacy are becoming increasingly important for all the citizens by using the internet.
Furthermore, e-government has delivered all the government services to citizens. E-government has providing a single shared platform for the delivery of government information and services. Besides that, if there have any updated news about the government policy, citizens are able to find it out through the e-government. Hence e-government is providing added convenience to the public in the usage of government services. For an example, people who wish to apply loan from PTPTN, they can download the application form from the website. Hence, the officer will process the application. It is much faster than fill up the form and handling it by queuing.
Moreover, government is providind a portal for processing government information between citizens and businesses with government. Besides that, it also facilitate citizen participation in government, creating digital citizens in a digital democracy.
Finally, the implementation of any e-government initiative requires a focus on continuous improvement efforts. The usage and adherence to global benchmark practices are on the rise, but will need to become further embedded in many e-government projects.
